BeatriceDesigns.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

Order Acceptance

BeatriceDesigns.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BeatriceDesigns.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. BeatriceDesigns.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, BeatriceDesigns.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be pleased with our service and products. We guarantee our products to be free of defects. Please be sure of size and/or colors, etc. when placing your order. No refunds or exchanges on defect-free items will be accepted. However, manufacturer defects in any item supplied will be happily replaced, subject to inspection before credit is given. Call or write for return authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Non-personalized items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return and Order Cancellation Policies

Order cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Customers may also print the order form and send us a money order. No Personal Checks Accepted.

Shipping

Orders ship in approximately 1-3 weeks. If needed earlier, please e-mail us with date needed and we will try to accommodate an earlier shipping date. This is not always possible, especially during our busy holiday season.

We ship via UPS Ground and United States Postal Service. Please be absolutely sure that your shipping address is correct. You will be charged an additional duplicate shipping fee for the attempted delivery to an incorrect address.

We do not ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Customs and Import Duties Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from BeatriceDesigns.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
